At work they are always telling us to do healthy things like
ride a bike. And they give helpful encouragements like:
Cycling is an excellent way to stay fit and healthy.
Some of the benefits of cycling are:
- Increased cardiovascular fitness
- Increased muscle strength and flexibility
- Improved joint mobility
- Improved posture
- Strengthened bones
- Decreased body fat levels
- Decreased stress levels
But I say:
If God had wanted us to ride bicycles, he would have given us a joint in the middle of our legs…
oh yeah… Never mind
